1. Acceptance of Terms

cer388 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our KYC procedures, we require all users to verify their identity by submitting valid documentation, which may include a copy of your Indonesian National ID (KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and a selfie photograph holding your ID card. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including withdrawal holds. Your Account may be suspended or terminated if you refuse to provide requested verification documents or if we determine that submitted documents are fraudulent or falsified.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

cer388 operates in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction we deem suspicious. All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement helps prevent the use of our platform for money laundering purposes. If we suspect your Account is being used for money laundering or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to freeze your Account and report the activity to relevant authorities.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You access third-party content at your own risk, and we disclaim all liability arising from your use of such content.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw all available funds. Any remaining balance will be forfeited if you do not withdraw funds within 30 days of requesting account closure. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

8.2 Termination by cer388

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or otherwise acted in a manner detrimental to cer388 or other users. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration or KYC, creating multiple accounts, using software or automated systems, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity outlined in these Terms.

8.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all bonuses, pending bets, and promotional benefits will be forfeited. If your Account is terminated due to violation of these Terms, we reserve the right to void all winnings and withhold any remaining balance. If your Account is terminated for reasons unrelated to fraudulent activity or terms violations, your available balance will be returned to you after deducting any outstanding fees or charges. 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cer388 operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against cer388.
